报告摘要: Writing and publishing high-quality research papers, especially technical papers, are essential to researchers. This presentation starts with answering two questions: why do we publish? where to publish? Then, the key components involved in producing high-quality technical papers are introduced in detail, together with the popular computer tools used for paper writing. After that, the important paper submission and revision processes are presented. Finally, ethical issues are discussed for ensuring integrity.
